I am a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychotherapist with many years of experience providing counselling services to both individuals and couples. I find that people come to counselling for many different reasons. Whether you need to heal unresolved emotional pain or whether you simply need assistance in helping you to change unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving; or you are just at a "stuck" point in life, I will take the time to listen and hear your needs and provide a tailored therapeutic approach to help you with your concerns. I offer both individual and relationship counselling services.

Sessions are by appointment only and are 50 minutes in duration. I would be happy to assist you with bringing happiness and peace back into your life by addressing problems through the assistance of counselling.
